Hi guys. I have a 68 chevy that has had some tranny problems. Engine is a 250. Originally it had a 3 on the tree, 4 side bolt side Muncie. Due to unavailabilty (and severe lack of funds at the time) I swapped it for a Muncie 4 spd. Now, I have to swap it to an automatic (bum knee). I've read the articles listed, but the seem to be geared (sorry, had to) for trucks older than mine. Q: What automatics will fit and work well?
