| Crusing in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 5,096 | Usually pretty easy to replace generator with alt., just make new mount tabs on existing bracket that bolts to the block to line up belts. If you have broken existing brackets, there might be something else not correctly lined up or welded properly.
