I personally have used nothing but bead/sand blasting. BUT I have been wanting to try a five gallon bucket with the Molasses concotion for small pieces. My theory has always been that if there is not enough metal to clean by blasting then get a new one....of coarse if it is available. Each piece, each person, each process is a little different requiring us to "measure twice, cut once".
