So, thanks to all, Im well on my way on the front suspension of my chevy 1950 3100 . I'm actually using a chevy Colorado front suspension
on my danford crossmember. Better brakes, and I got it cheap.
so, anyway, trying to figure out rear suspension. I'm not Mr. moneybags , but not Mr. cheapo either
So, I'm asking for opinions on this idea. Rear axle out of a 4wd s10. ( u guessed it, I got it cheap!) Use stock rear springs form the 3100 , but only use 2 or 3 leafs , then use air shocks
such as Monroe or Gabriel. Or maybe air bags.
I'm worried about getting done and not having the thing sit level . Also like the TCI rear leaf suspension, but it mite sit a little lower than I want.
I want to lower front about 2 inches then the rear 3 inches.
Don't want to worry about hitting road kill, but but want it lower than stock.
