It's easy but can be tricky on the odometer numbers. Small gauges are easy, paint the needle before installing new decals if needed. Speedometer needle can be tough to get off without breaking. Clock repair shops should have the tool to pull the needle, or search eBay for clock hand removal tool. Odometer numbers have gears and pins to align, but again, not terribly hard to figure out. It's a good time to start over on mileage if your state allows it, if not record the current mileage and set new numbers to match. Be sure and install numbers going the right direction!
