I used the bubble wrap style inside my doors and on the inside of the roof. Spray on contact cement and installed in two strips for both doors and roof.
Noticeably quieter and cooler just with that.
Firewall is original and floor matt is just rubber, definitely could use some added sound insulation but that's for another day!
