Tubless wheels are available with 10 lugs on 7.25" circle like you have but with a larger 5.25" center bore.
You need to make or have made bushings to take up that difference.

I believe the largest Chevy truck in 53 was 2 ton, door tag says 16,000 lb. What does yours say, or what model?
