If you have not cut the door yet I will give you my method. Set-up a 1/2" drive socket and extention so the wrench is in the lower door opening. Get a good bite with the socket, put your one hand on the top of the wrench, good grip on the end and snap it. These are not big bolts, they will snap going either way. Easier to work the result on a bench, good luck.
