This morning I had the bright idea to e-mail Tremec transmission who I understand bought Borg Warner and asked them specifically what (fluid) to use in a 98 WC GM V8 camaro T5? "Correct fluid to use with the T5 WC boxes is either Dexron/Merton lll or Mobil1 Synthetic ATF". The second question I asked was; Does the Borg Warner and Tremec 5 speed boxes take the same fluid? I did not get a response to that question. So I guess we've beat this enough.
