there was a turbo version of that engine that was one of the early engines that put out 1 hp/cube. A 215 CID/215 hp. it had the BOP bell housing configuration and yes the Rover/British Leyland company used a derivative of that engine for decades in front of a TH400 trans (maybe a TH350 - not sure). A bare 215 block could easily be picked up with one hand.
