Ummmm, No. I'd say you have scale rust but compared to most 60-66 trucks, you don't have any serious rust. Just look at mine.
My 1963.You're right no serious rust. It's rusty just like we like them here. LOL It's an Arizona/California truck so it's had easy life. What I'm referring to in the picture is a piece that ripped off of the quarter panel and is still bolted to the body. As I've been going through this thing I've found lots of things weren't bolted down all the way. I assumed the bottom of the quarter panel wasn't bolted. But instead it's torn away. I've got a couple dents to hammer out but this is the only welding so far.
