For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 206 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 206 | I've had my 58 step side 15 years and put about 200 miles a yr on it. It has all original parts and a 235 engine. The temp gauge has always worked fine. Past weekend the needle was completely off gauge to low temp side until truck warmed up to 190 degrees ( tested with temp tool) and the needle only registered about 1/4 of gauge up. Usually at 190 it would be just pat 1/2 on gauge. What gives. Any advice? Thanks I'm learning as I find issues to fix. | | |
