The bread technique (pancakes) worked real well and was easy to clean up. Which was nice since I was on my back under the truck doing all this. It was a little hard to swing the hammer, but it really did not take much pounding to move the bushing. To finish up, the new clutch is in and the transmission is back in too. Just need to finish up some work on the differential so I can put the shaft back in.
