So if I understand this document comes from the factory and list all the options of the Truck when it's left the factory....
Thans for your help, I couldn't have found it by myself.
I'd be curious to know if it's numbers matching.

I have checked Serial / Engine / Rear Axle numbers...and they match. Still haven't found Transmission number.
Moreover I can find all the options mentioned in the form on the Truck...
...but there's something strange, I have other options(windshiels washer foot operated, heater and defroster...) that have been originally installed by the 1st owner on the Truck. I mean installed from new. These one are not listed on the form but on a separate sheet of paper which comes from the Dealer. Does it mean that they habe been fitted by the Dealer?. Are the accessories?.
