I did. I think it was Tom Langdon? that used to make them. Someone here can correct me on that. I called him and he gave me some part numbers for piecing them together and altering them. I called them, no sure who, and they made me a special set complete. The left side mount is welded to a 1/4" plate to bring it even with the right side and channel mount to weld to the frame. Biscuit rubber mounts. Very nice and no more money than their other mounts. I live in Indiana but I'm stuck in PA building a dry ice plant for a couple of more months.
