If at the bottom of the verticals, I would remove the grill- sanblast - and place a 1/4 or 3/16 inch bare steel rod inside the entire bottom bending the rod to the contour as I did on my 42. MIG tack in place on bottom/back side rejoining any seperated pieces. Weld other breaks as necessary.
