Got the instructions. Thank you. These are the same instructions in the assembly manual? Still can't really tell if the "L" shaped plate on the spare tire carrier goes inside the rim edge or directly on the rim edge. Having a hard time getting the spare tire and wheel to stay balanced on the carrier while hoisting it into the bolt down position. The #@$& wheel and tire keep wanting to slide off towards the front or the rear of the truck!!
