The formula is not something you need because the formula is paint specific. If you are in front of a mixing bank of toners with instructions to make some Narva Green, you would need the formula, otherwise, it's useless to you or anyone else not standing in front of the toners. If you are asking the guy with the toners, he won't ask you for the formula...he will have it or he won't...either way, he won't ask you for it.
Take the code and shop it around, you will likely run into a challenge however. The codes were made for old technology paint systems no longer sold.
I was able to get Omaha Orange Code 5811 made up in UNO from BASF so you might try a BASF dealer but that's not a guarantee they'll have your color.
Do you have a piece of metal with this color on it that you could take to a store and have them custom match it with the new modern paints?
Do you want to go with BC/CC or single stage urethane? Aerosol or spray with a paint gun?
