Point is well taken fellas. It is very good to have the option. Besides A/C (Texas heat) and a brake booster I am really trying to go back with the same equipment that would have come on her from the factory (and 4.10 gears and a 12 volt system). OK, I'm a hypocrite. If it comes down to $1000 difference to end up with a safe rebuilt RE (HO52 vs 14 bolt), I'll have to add this to the list.
