I have my 53 chevy 6400 cab gutted out and ready to remove some panels for replacement(i.e. floor board with seat riser, firewall, inner and out cowl panels, etc). The spot welding on the top edge of the firewall looks so perfect, it almost looks like it was glued on! I know it's not glued, but when I say perfect, there's no bumps, weld beads, nothing. How difficult would it be to remove without disfiguring the good panels. I could cut them but I afraid it'll mess up the edges of the good panels when I'm ready to reattach. Any suggestions?
