Ed, turns out my tranny is a Clark 5 speed OD, 3rd-4th-5th synched so I'm quite pleasantly surprised; also the 2 speed rear is 5.01/7.13 (as I recall) so better gearing than expected. The rear shifter was long ago disconnected by the FD as no one was left who knew how to operate it, so that linkage will have to be figured out.
