Saint, these starters are not rare. You should be able to get them locally without having to order outside. NAPA seems to have quality products plus there is usually an old timer somewhere in the place who knows how to test the parts. As with all parts houses their return policy on electrical parts has a lot of hoops to go through. Deal locally so you can talk to someone face to face.
