Good points, 69Cuda. Concerned about possibility of it being seized to some degree ---- I tried doing this and the fan blade will spin with heavy resistance but it looks like it is just spinning out of the belt, the whole unit (engine shaft or belt assembly) doesn't seem to be budging at all.
