Martinsr, I originally was talking about the channel that goes around the door. I installed one the other night with tiny screws and I'm satisfied with the results. I also did the same with the whiskers on the inner window frame and I think it turned out very good. I buried the screws deep enough into the whiskers that they won't scratch the glass, and they are hard to see.
Steve, guess what came to mind after I had finished the other night, that's right, pop rivets. I wish I'd have thought of it sooner, I bet they worked very well.
