The glass is all flat glass and if you have a pattern you can have the local guys cut it and save a ton on shipping unless your getting free shipping for purchasing over a 100 dollars.
When I did my panel a couple years ago I found the local glass to be a SMIDGEN wider than my original piece. Not enough to make a difference but it was bigger checking it with a set of dials.
Some vendors offer Stovebolters a 10% discount and currently some are offering a Thanksgiving discount. Be sure to check around. Its your money they are after!
EDIT: Classic Parts is offering 10% off on over a $100 till the 27th.....and I think I seen where JimCarter is also.....of coarse you can get a Stovebolt discount there. Just simply put.....do the math!
