Looking for help. Me and my son have been wanting to buy an old truck to fix up. One fell in my lap this week so I bought it. It's a 1952 chevy truck. Engine is a 235 based on the block casted numbers. Excited about getting started on something like this but have no idea what parts I need to purchase. I will be sending the engine to a machine shop here in Dothan once we pull the engine out. So I want to start there. Not looking to drag race but looking for decent response. This will be a steep learning curve for us. Many questions running through my head. Anyone willing to teach via forums? Thanks, 52Steve.
