If the wheels are "moving all over the place" you must have unilugs with the elongated mounting holes. These require the Cragar oval-shaped washers; you rotate them either direction depending on your lug pattern.
Don't try to run them without the long washers; I've seen many Cragars ruined by cheapskates trying to get away with just using round washers. It eats away the mounting holes.
