i didn't speak much of urethane, or any epoxy type paint. this is pretty over the top for alot of beginners. not as easy to work with and the overspray is there forever. it is imperative that you cover anything, and i mean ANYTHING you don't want overspray on. that includes you. i suggest STRONGLY a good respirator, with NEW cartridges, nitrile gloves, and a bunny suit. a thin coat of vaseline on the exposed area of the skin. (face) some protection for the eyes is essential.

paints for fiberglass, (boats, vettes, etc.) fall into this category, as well as paints for big trucks and industrial equipment. these paints are extremely durable, and damned near bulletproof, but are a hazard to health when applying. again, for old trucks, acrylic enamel with a hardener is your friend. that's just my opinion.
