For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 815 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 815 | I discovered on my 53 1/2 ton that the tops of the new inside cowl panels that were installed cover the guide holes for the outside mirrors. I forgot to mention their purpose before and now I will have to determine exactly where to place the mirrors and use sheet metal screws. Would a paper template from an existing truck (with mirrors) be the only way to do this? The other option would be to use the peep mirrors, but I like the original style. Steve | | |
