On a 50 one ton, what would you guys recommend for clearance between the bed floor and the exhaust curve over the rear axle? None of my trucks have ever had piping past the mid frame. I want to take the front piece in and have it made, then make a template for them to make the rear part.

Hi Fox You are where I'm at with making a template or waiting and once all back together driving to a local shop. I was quoted close to 700.00 for complete system. I have researched and found on here a couple of bolters that have posted bend cards from muffler shops that show lengths and bend angles, I'll try to post or send to you if I can find them again.
