Drive the truck to a local shop that has a custom bender and guy that knows how to use it.
Need a pipe off the manifold .....to drive it. 2" Rigid Electrical conduit is the exact size for the exhaust collar and 90* present sweep works perfect.
Shop by the exhaust shop first to judge if they are up to the task and price estimate.
I used Waldons for one truck........took 5 weeks to get it, but it was well done.
