It is interesting to note that Rockauto tried. They list front and rear wheel cylinders for 1955 Chevrolet as:

Yes, they incorrectly list
3100/3200 for early 1955.
They do not list early or late 1955 for hoses.
The MP&A Catalog shows the same hoses front/rear 3100 from 51-57 (probably 51-59). I have bought 1954 3100 brake hoses from the same vendors and have at least twice received one or two of the three hoses made to work with a wrong diameter brake line. Oh, well.
Rockauto once sold me an incorrect brake hose for my COE - they immediately sent me the correct hose - at no cost to me, of course.
