Given the right condtions and the right fuel vapor point they all have the potential to vapor lock. Along with any other engine...ask the flat head ford guys. Driving at speed the under hood temp are more easily managed. Parade mode....all bets are off.
It changes with the fuel but if the fuel line or fuel filter or carb reach some where around 150-200* vapor lock can occur. Winter fuel can boil at 100*.
