My 1951 Chevy 1/2 ton has been overpainted once (very poorly)with Hunter Green. I want to restore it to the original color and have done some research. The original color is exposed in several places and looks to be Brewster Green - not the dark Forrester Green which was standard. However paint codes for 1951 do not include Brewster Green - only Seacrest (too light and too blue)and Aspen Green? I do note that Brewster Green was available for 1951 cars. My color printer does not do a good job with paint chip colors. There were a lot of Green Chevy trucks out there diring 1947-54. Anybody got some input as to the correct color? Thanks, BW
