I'm replacing the front universal joint. Is there a spacer that goes between the universal joint and the rear transmission bearing? The reason I'm asking is because someone rigged the original if it even is original by pressing the speedo gear half way on and then brazing a small spacer inside the speedo gear so the universal joint will fit flush with the output shaft so the bolt that holds the universal joint on can be tightened. | | | |
