Several years ago I was given a head unit that at the time I thought it had more capability than I would ever use. I placed the unit in my glove box and since it had an AUX input on the face I got a right hand plug and a double male cord, fed it through my ash tray that I never use to hook up to my MP3 player. Flash forward to today's IPhone with Pandora...free music. Not only the free music but BLUETOOTH capable so....on a recent trip I had the GPS app Waze directing me via GPS, the tunes going, AND this whole dog and pony show came to a screeching halt when I received a phone call that of course timed out the Waze and Pandora programs while I spoke hands free. After the call the Waze and Pandora programs resumed.

My point is I feel safer in that the phone/receiver interface enables me to drive more safely as I am not fooling with three different entities. Oh, the Waze app let's people feed in info and interrupts the music to tell you of hazards in the road, accidents, etc.
