make sure your cables are clean and tight, not sure what you mean by saying it would crank but not crank over... I would think
it would be normal for the voltage to drop when you are trying to crank, not sure how much.. I am sure some one will chime in and help out..........how long did it sat previous when ever thing was ok compared to now..
