Well, with as tight as they are in there, I think I am just going to remove the straps from the new ones and install them where the old ones went. Now I just need to work out how to get the bolts out. Unfortunately they didn't use something simple like a cotter pin, instead there is some black plastic washer looking thing holding the bolt in place. I tried knocking it out with a hammer to no avail, tried using a screwdriver to snap the plastic washer, still to no avail. I hate damaging new parts but this thing is about to get some Dremel action done on it if I can't work out how to get the bolts out!
