when I was ready to start welding and I was asking for advice, I got following advice from the chief body shop fore man at the chevy dealer ship.
ANY NON STRUCUAL PIECES ARE NOW GLUED.
IT SAFES TIME AND MONEY.
With this advice I went and purchase a special gun which looks like a double calking gun and a tube
of DURAMIX/ I glued my floorboards into place and I did my two rear panels.
What a pleasure to work with. My welding is not the best.
aske me after 1000 miles of driving back roads if I would do it again.
