yes-----i welded in patch panels(home-made ones) last weekend, now it over to the dime to quarter sized rusted out holes,used it sat. eve....the tiger hair sets up real quick......looked pretty good for a rookie....now i will put some kind of other "filler" to get it real smoooooth....thanks for all the info
