Some call it Gorilla hair. In my experience working at a body shop, this fiberglass filler was used as a "quick fix" for rust repairs. It never lasted too long. If you're fixing rust, I suggest you buy/fabricate patch panels. It would be in your best interest if you're looking for a more permanent repair.
