Right on Brother. My California duster is at least 10 years old. Folks laugh when I pull it out at a car show, shake it off and then wipe the dust off. When my vehicles were "newer restorations" I occasionally went over it with the Mequiars Quik Detailng bottle.
...as the years have gone by I am getting lazy or just don't care anymore about adding another trophy to the shelves. I hate dusting them about as bad as I hate dusting the truck and panel. A LOT of times now I do not even enter the show unless its money going for a good cause and one that I could support. I just jump in and go. A quick trip down the road gets most dust and if its fairly bad I just run it through the "rinse" wash and then dry it off going down the highway. They get a good wash, and wax/polish ONCE a year. I rather ride than wash!
