Here is an adjustment procedure I wrote-up many years ago.

If you remove the rocker arm assembly, be sure to mark/label the parts and keep them in order.

Also, if there is an indentation on the "mating face" on the rocker-arms (where they push the top of the valves), you should grind and polish the mating surface until it is smooth.
