with the 5yr antique plates you do not have to get an inspection,
how ever the vehicle can not be used for a daily driver... only to shows, parades, maintenance and such... even though you would not have to have it inspected you still would not want to drive it at dark, you for sure would get a ticket for that

you would still have to go to your local tax office and get it register, prof of ins, title and such and pay the tax
