Can anyone help with information regarding the process for registering a 1953 GMC? I have a signed title, but the truck does not have any lighting at all. Will this be an issue? Is there an initial inspection required for "antique" or "classic" plates?
I would ask at our local tax collector's office but... they're slightly incompetent.
