I will:

1. Sand down to no rust and good paint or clean metal.

2. Knock out dents.

3. Prime with epoxy primer.

4. Over time do body repairs.

5. Spray with high fill and block/sand as necessary.

6. Spray with epoxy primer in the color I want my truck.

I will probably leave it like that a while depending on funds.
