Any hardware store will have strap steel you can make one out of. Just match up the thickness and width. You will have to pull the center bolt out of the spring pack to separate the leaves, then you can repair the clamp. I found in my local Ace hardware, some concrete anchor pins that had the same size rounded heads as the original rivets holding the clamps on. I cut them just slightly long and peened them over with a hammer. The hole on the leaf is wider on the top side so the rivet has room to spread out and hold. The rivet doesn't have to be super strong, just strong enough to keep the strap in place, the steel clamp does most of the work. I measured the original clamps for length. Leave the strap flat and attach it to the leaf spring, assemble the spring pack, them heat and bend or pound the strap around the leaf pack. Cut the ends to the correct length if they are not, and finish bending them over the top of the spring pack. I shimmed mine just a little so the leafs were not clamped solid.
