Losing those body parts are a bummer. There are several years that will fit your truck so be sure to watch E-bay/Craiglist and as Leo suggested be sure to put an ad in the Parts Wanted forum here on the bolt.
....and you might call JimCarter, a vendor for old truck parts as he has a supply of used doors/fenders/hoods and other stuff outside his place in Missouri. He's been around a long time and may have just what you need.... and other bolters in your area will see your post and may be able to help out.
