HI fellow stovebolters
I am nearing the end of a 13 month "quick" rebuild of Howard Knapp...I bought a complete exhaust system from Chev of the 40's and I cant for the life of me figure out how the muffler strap and the muffler bracket is supposed to work together...I have been on this website searching for photo and the internet also....it is a funky looking about 1" wide and about a 16 gauge in thickness with a very distinct curl on one and a "T" handle threaded rod with a nut on it...
I am sure someone on here has hung these things...my manual is very vague as to how it is supposed to work together...
Any photos would be a wonderful thing...
