Electric fans have come a long way and today is on most all cars. With the reliability proven on them I'd recommend going to a junk yard and finding one that will work on your truck.
....but, to save gas, time, and a few 4 letter words, buy a GOOD electric fan with the temp control to kick it on and off and you'll never be sorry. I learned my lesson the hard way. | | |
